Since its inception, CSLC has originated over $6 billion in loans across single- and multi-family residential projects. The loans are predominantly short-term in nature, with an average duration of 13 months, and have a first lien on the underlying property. Since its founding over 15 years ago, investors have received attractive risk-adjusted returns through private evergreen vehicles with monthly distributions.

Chris Edgar, VP of Capital Raising
Mr. Edgar is the Vice President of Capital Raising at Center Street Lending, responsible for raising capital for CLSC’s investment vehicles. With eight years of experience at firms including Sandlot Partners, Ninety One, and JP Morgan Asset Management, Mr. Edgar has specialized in institutional and private wealth channels. He holds a BS in Finance/Economics from the University of Delaware, CFA and CAIA designations, and the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
